So, all you have to do is the following:
For Windows:
Follow this guide.
For Mac and Linux:
Open the terminal, and type:
Then press ‘i’ to go into ‘Insert Mode’.
Then paste this line in:
59 23 * * 1-5 sudo /sbin/shutdown -h now
Then hit escape and then type to save and quit:
This will shut down your computer at 23:59 Monday to Friday.
Voila!
